Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

We mainly ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries. You can check available delivery countries during checkout. We do not deliver to PO box, military restricted addresses.

2. Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for warehouse checking, product packaging and handover to courier. Orders placed on weekend or local public holiday will be processed on next working day.

3. Delivery Time & Shipping Fee

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days after processing finished. Expedited shipping takes 3–6 business days. Exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and shown on checkout page, based on your destination and package weight.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once parcel is dispatched, we will send tracking number to your registered email. You can track delivery status any time with the tracking link provided. If package shows long-time stagnation, contact our support team for re-delivery or further solution.

5. Delivery Failure

Wrong shipping address filled by customer leads to delivery return, customer bears the reshipping postage. If parcel is lost during transit covered by courier insurance, we arrange free reshipment or full refund for you.
