Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can apply return within 30 calendar days after parcel receipt. Product must stay original condition, unwashed, undamaged, with all original packaging, user manual included. Sealed fitness health product seal opened for trial use is not qualified for free return due to hygiene requirement.

2. Return Process

Send return request to support@hstrainers.com, write down your order number, product issue and attach relevant photos. Our team will confirm approval within 3 working days, then provide official return shipping address. Customer undertakes return freight for voluntary return; product quality defect caused return will be covered by our store.

3. Refund Rule

We inspect returned goods after warehouse receiving. Qualified refund will be issued to original payment channel within 3–7 working days, bank transfer arrival time depends on your issuing bank. Partial refund is available for minor product damage agreed by both sides.

4. Exclusion Situation

Custom used product, obvious artificial damage, lost original package will be rejected for return refund
